Returns Policy
We do not offer refund or returns.
If you have received product in a damaged condition; you must file a return request within 24 hours of receipt of your order, if approved
Steps to file a return request:
Please send us a Whatsapp message at +91 9371066110 :
1. Send the photo of the product/video you received explaining the reason to return,
2. order number (will be in the email that you received upon ordering)
3. email address used to order.
Our support team will then verify the situation and work towards providing a hassle-free solution.
If approved, the product must be received by us within 10 days from the date of advice by support team we will then issue store credit or send the same product again within 2 weeks.
Ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

We are unable to offer refund if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on digital media as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your screens display of a colour will be completely accurate.
